- We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact email has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use email to cancel such an order.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is 2-10 business days from completed order.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Return/Refund Policy
Save as provide in the following clauses, we will not accept the return of any Goods which are not defective. If this Agreement has been concluded with any face to face contact between us or anyone acting on our respective behalves at our business premises, we may (at our sole discretion) accept the return of any Goods which you did not specifically order, provided that you return them in the same condition as when supplied. Any such returns must be effected within 14 days of delivery, you must produce our original invoice and pay (at the rate current on the date of return) our handling charges for returned Goods. If you are a consumer and this Agreement has been concluded without any face to face contact between us or anyone acting on our respective behalves, then the provisions of the clauses below may apply to you. Pre-contract information can be found here if the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (the "Regulations") apply to you under this Agreement. You must give us written notice (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) cancelling this Agreement within 14 days of taking delivery of the Goods if the Regulations apply to you. If you cancel the Agreement pursuant to clause 39, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you the Goods supplied or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the Goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You must take reasonable care of the Goods and will be responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us. No right to cancel under the Regulations applies to (i) Work done which includes Goods on which the packaging is opened and/or installed in the Vehicle, or (ii) personalised Goods or sealed Goods on which the packaging was broken, or (iii) Goods or Works where you requested a visit from us for the purpose of carrying out urgent maintenance or repairs.
Restocking Fee
A 35% return fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error. Refunds for returns or cores will be process and credited within 72 to 96 hours after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies. All cores must be returned in their original packaging from the manufacture. Please be aware the bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.
Warranty
Warranty is subject to the policies set by the manufacturer. Please inquire about warranty prior to purchase.
Parts via German Distribution Centre
Parts orders that originate via German distribution centre are non-refundable.
